Daiwa Group has been in automotive business since 1941.

 

The company put our priority to the high quality products and sincere service as the most important policy toward our valued customers. It  becomes the key bilateral success for our business and valued customers since 1946.

 


 

  • 1946 Established DAIWA SHOKAI and become an agent of AKEBONO BRAKE INDUSTRY CO.,LTD.
  • 1948 Re organized and registerd as a Limited company
  • 1950 Moved to Shinbashi,TOKYO
  • 1953 Become an agent of TOSHIBA SHOJI and started to sell automobile light bulbs and sealed beams
  • 1957 Re-named as DAIWA SANGYO CO., LTD. Opened OSAKA SALES OFFICE
  • 1960 Opened ITABASHI FACTORY and started to make and sell revets
  • 1962 Opened IKEGAMI SALES OFFICE
  • 1964 Opened FUKUOKA SALES OFFICE
  • 1967 Re-organaized exclusively for sales by separating ITABASHI FACTORYas an independent organization
  • 1968 Opened OMIYA SALES OFFICE
  • 1969 Opened SENDAI and SAPPORO SALES OFFICE
  • 1971 Opened NAGOYA SALES OFFICE
  • 1972 Constructed SHINBASHI BUILDING
  • 1975 Opened YOKOHAMA SALES OFFICE
  • 1976 Organized a subsidary company DAIKEN (manufacuturer of harness)
  • 1977 Became an export agent of AKEBONO BRAKE INDUSTRY CO., LTD.
  • 1978 Became an agent of AISHIN SEIKI CO., LTD.
  • 1979 Opened SHIZUOKA SALES OFFICE
  • 1980 Opened HIROSHIMA SALES OFFICE
  • 1987 Constructed IKEGAMI BUILDING
  • 1989 Opened KANTO SALES OFFICE
  • 1990 Constructed OMIYA BUILDING
  • 1991 Constructed NEW SHIZUOKA BUILDING and moved
  • 1993 Constructed NEW KANTO BUILDING and WAREHOUSE
  • 1997 Constructed NEW NAGOYA BUILDING Organaized a subsidatry company, AXIS CORPORATION (manufacturer of brake parts related to motor sports)
  • 1999 Moved HEAD OFFICE FUNCTION to IKEGAMI BUILDING
  • 2001 Established DAIWA ASIA LIMITED. (trading company in Thailand)
  • 2009 Established Daiwa Harness (Thailand ) Co.,ltd. (Manufacturing company in Thailand)
